One-Day Workshop · Phoenix, AZ · Tuesday, October 13

AI to Structure, Scale, and Sell Your Business

A one-day workshop for women business owners who want their hours back — and their expertise where it belongs, with their clients.

Nine to five. Twenty seats. Breakfast and lunch. You spend the day getting your processes out of your head and into an internal playbook you can hand to a virtual assistant, a new hire, or a buyer. You leave with what you built.

Before you register: we work in Claude only. An active Claude Pro or Max subscription is required.

Tuesday, October 13, 2026 · 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Better Business Bureau, 1010 E. Missouri Avenue, Phoenix · Limited to 20 seats · $749

Why This Workshop Exists

You built this business around the work you love and the people you serve.

That part is working. Your clients trust you. Your reputation travels by referral. When you are in the room with the people you serve, you are exactly where you should be.

Then there is everything else.

The proposal you rebuild from scratch each time because the last one lives somewhere in a folder you'd have to go looking for. The onboarding steps you know by heart and have never written down. The five platforms you move between all day, each one doing a piece of the job, none of them doing it the way you would have designed it. The tasks you would gladly hand to a virtual assistant tomorrow — if you had an afternoon free to explain how they're done.

That is not a flaw in how you run your company. It is what happens when a business grows up around the person who built it. The knowledge went where the work was: into your head.

Getting it out of your head is a one-day project. That is the day.

What you build is your internal playbook — the documented version of how your business actually runs. It is the asset that lets you delegate without hovering, hire without rebuilding the role every time, and, in a few years, show a buyer or a lender a company rather than a very capable founder.

The Technology, Used on Purpose

AI will not fix an undocumented process. It will scale it.

So we capture first, and automate second. Once your process is written down, AI becomes the fastest scribe, editor, and trainer you will ever work with — turning what took you an afternoon into something you finish before lunch.

The goal is not another platform to check. The goal is fewer hours inside your tools and more hours with the people who hired you.

We work in Claude, and only Claude. One tool, learned well, so that everything you build in the room — prompts, project instructions, documentation — lives in your own account and keeps working on Tuesday. Bring a laptop and an active Claude Pro or Max subscription.

How the Day Runs

Three phases. One playbook. Built in the room.

Inventory, capture, build. By five o'clock you will have documentation you can use, and a method you can repeat on every process we did not get to.

019:00 AM

Inventory

Breakfast is served, and we start with the honest look. We map every recurring process in your business and mark the ones that only run when you run them. Then we rank them by what would free the most of your week if someone else could do it.

You leave this phase withA ranked process inventory with delegation priority assigned.
02Late Morning

Capture

We get it out of your head. Working live in Claude, you talk through how the work actually gets done while the tool does the drafting and you do the deciding. This is where the prompts and project instructions get built around your business, in your language. Lunch is served at noon and we keep going.

You leave this phase withTested prompts, reusable project instructions, and your first completed workflow documentation.
03Afternoon

Build

Documentation becomes systems. We assemble your internal playbook, write the job descriptions for the roles you are ready to fill, and build the onboarding sequences that let a new client or a new team member start without you narrating it. We close at five by mapping the next 90 days.

You leave this phase withYour internal playbook, onboarding systems ready to run, and a 90-day plan with dates attached.

Take-Home Assets

You will not leave with notes. You will leave with the work.

  • Tested prompts, written for your business and in your language
  • Project instructions you can reuse every time the work comes around
  • Completed documentation for your core workflows
  • Job descriptions for the roles you are ready to fill
  • A client onboarding process and an employee onboarding process, both ready to run
  • A 90-day plan for what gets documented next
  • Breakfast, lunch, and a room of women solving the same problem

Fit Check

Built for women business owners ready to open real capacity.

This is for you if

  • You own a women-led business built on your expertise and your client relationships, and the administration has grown around you.
  • You have hired before, and the work still came back to you.
  • You are replacing people more often than you would like, because nothing ever fully leaves your plate.
  • You move between multiple platforms all day and lose hours in the handoffs.
  • You want capacity back — for growth, for a team that holds, or for an exit a few years out.

This is not for you if

  • You have never used AI. This is a working day, not an introduction.
  • You are looking for a software demo or a vendor pitch.
  • Your business does not yet have repeatable processes to document.

You will be working. Bring a laptop, your Claude Pro or Max login, and the processes that keep you up at night.

Dr. Jessica Herbert, PCC

I have built two businesses from ideas, perspectives and the gaps of the market — which means I know what its like to get the information in your head out and I have personally lived the days this workshop is built to fix.

I was that person that wrote the proposal at 11 p.m. because the template lives in my head. To realize that the thing standing between my business and its next level was structure I didn't stop long enough to build.

My background is an exciting roller coaster that has built new teams, processes, and services for multiple markets. Over 27 years, I have been the doer, the analyst, the leader, and the nationwide consultant leading organizational change across 36 states and more than 100 communities. I have designed the systems, tested them under pressure, taught them, and rebuilt them when they failed. I hold a PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, a master's in Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and am an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Maxwell Leadership team member.

Through Asbatra Coaching, I work with leaders and business owners in transition — whether that transition is leveling up into their next stage of leadership or exiting the business to go live the life they want to design. My 1:1 and group coaching packages focus on changes, transitions, and communication.

The leaders I work with are high performers. What they need is the space to build the structure that holds it all — and that is what this day is for.

Before You Register

Questions owners ask before they say yes.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop and an active Claude Pro or Max subscription. We work in Claude for the full day, so everything you build stays in your own account and is ready to use the moment you leave. If you need to upgrade your plan, do it before October 13 so we are not troubleshooting logins during Inventory.

How much AI experience do I need?

Enough to be comfortable in a chat window. You do not need to be technical — you will be writing in plain language and making decisions about your own business while the tool does the typing. But this is not an introduction to AI, and the pace assumes you have used it before.

I have hired before and it didn't stick. Is that a fit?

That is exactly the fit. When a role keeps coming back to you, the usual cause is not the hire — it is that the work was never documented, so each new person had to learn it from you in real time. The playbook you build here is what makes the next hire hold.

Do I need a team already?

No. Solo owners preparing to bring on a virtual assistant or a first employee are well served here. Documenting before you delegate is the easier order of operations.

I'm not selling my business. Is this still relevant?

Yes. The documentation that makes a business sellable is the same documentation that makes it delegable. Whether you ever sell is your call — being able to is the point.

What if I only get through a few processes?

That is exactly what's expected, and it's why the day ends where it does. You will leave with a repeatable method and a 90-day sequence, so the processes we did not reach have a schedule instead of a someday.

Can I bring a business partner or team member?

Yes, and it helps. Additional seats are 20 percent off. Email [email protected] to request your coupon code before you register.

What is your refund policy?

Cancel within three days of payment for a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but your payment can be applied to a future Asbatra workshop.
